A 50% nonrefundable, nontransferable retainer is required to reserve your session.
**Weather Policy:** Texas weather loves to keep us guessing! If rain or inclement weather prevents your session from taking place, you may transfer your booking to another available Fall 2026 mini-session date. If you’re unavailable for the alternative dates offered, you may apply your retainer toward a full Classic Session.
I’ll do my best to accommodate everyone and provide a makeup option, but clients are responsible for being available on one of the dates offered. Makeup sessions will most likely take place on a weekday, and the rescheduled location may differ from the original location. All makeup locations will be selected by Sophie.
Sales tax is not included. Additional digital images or the full gallery may be purchased after your session. High-resolution prints and holiday cards will also be available through your online gallery store.

how will i receive my photos?
Your edited photos will be delivered in the form of an online gallery with viewing and download access to share and print your moments. Wedding galleries average a 8-9 week turnaround. Engagement, Grad, and Bridal Portraits average 2-3 weeks.
I'm sold— how do i book?
Are we a match? Reserve your date by requesting & signing your contract, and paying your nonrefundable retainer to secure your date. This amount is credited against your total photography package. Payment plans available in smaller, more frequent payments- just let me know if you want options!
